Controls Handles

Knight Global offer’s seven types of control handles with various configurations.The control handle series are designed to ensure an ergonomically correct hand position for the operator. Control handle levers are marked according to customer specifications and can be customized to fit each applications need.Levers can be customized with stamped callouts for identification and ease of use. Callouts are available in different languages. Angled levers are used for optimum ergonomics. Up
(Green) and Down (Red) levers are standard colors. Custom colors can be applied according to customer specification. Control Handle Trigger levers can be mounted on the back of the handle for optimum ergonomics or as an additional button.

Electric Control Handle Series

Knight’s Electric Control Handle Series is designed to be ergonomic and comfortable for the operator. The horizontal and vertical adjustment capabilities and ergonomic grip make it an excellent replacement for non-ergonomic control handles. The EPA Series is an electronically operated control handle that is available in a one, two, three or four button configuration.

Pneumatic Control Handle Series

Knight’s BPA Pneumatic Control Handle Series is designed to be ergonomic and comfortable for the operator. The horizontal and vertical adjustment capabilities and ergonomic grip make it an excellent replacement for non-ergonomic control handles. The BPA Series is a pneumatically operated control handle that is available in a one, two, three or four button configuration.

Trigger Control Handle Series

Knight’s Trigger Control Handle Series is designed to be ergonomic and comfortable for the operator. The horizontal and vertical adjustment capabilities and ergonomic grip make it an excellent replacement for non-ergonomic control handles. The Trigger operated control handle is available in a one, two, three or four button configuration with an electronically or pneumatically operated trigger lever.

GM Control Handle Series

Knight’s GM control handle series is designed to meet GM requirements for ergonomics and design. Each handle is equipped with black and white powder coated levers to meet the GM Global specification. The GM Control Handle Series modular design allows for various electric and pneumatic push button and trigger configurations.

Standard Handle Bracket BPD1100

Steel Control Handle Base. Rear Hole Pattern attaches Knight’s Standard Collar Mounts. Attaches Knight’s Pneumatic and Electric control handle valve blocks.

Four Button Adapter Plate BPD1111

Steel Construction. Allows for the mounting of either: (2) Single Button pneumatic valve blocks. (1) Two Button pneumatic valve block. or (1) Two Button pneumatic valve block and (1) Single Button pneumatic valve block. Prevents inadvertent pressing of levers.

Three Button Adapter Plate BPD1112

Steel Construction Allows for the mounting of an additional Single Button pneumatic valve block. Prevents inadvertent pressing of levers.

Long Right Curved Lever BPD1115

Steel Lever Construction. Right Angled Design. Curved for Ergonomics.

Single Button Guard BPD1116

Protects Single Lever Control Handles. Mounts to (1) Single Button Valve Block. Improved Safety.

Two Button Guard BPD1117

Protects Two Lever Control Handles. Mounts to (1) Two Button Valve Block. Improved Safety.

Standard Collar Mounts BPD1119, BPD1120, BPD1121

Mounts to backside of Control Handle. Allows Control handle to be mounted in a fixed position. Hole Pattern allows for multiple 360° rotational mounting positions.

Ergonomic Control Handle Grip BPD1125

Material is a rubberized Alcryn which imparts a soft secure grip for the operator. Shaped to the form of your hand. Inside Diameter: 0.75 in. [19.1mm].

Three Button Guard BPD1128

Protects Three Lever Control Handles. Mounts to (1) Single Button Valve Block and (1) Two Button Valve Block Improved Safety.

Four Button Guard BPD1129

Protects Four Lever Control Handles. Mounts to (2) Two, Two Button Valve Blocks. Improved Safety.
